How I teach

Practitioner first, andragogy throughout

Adult learners get the most from an instructor who still does the work daily and can map every concept to a real outcome. Three principles run through every session I design.

Experience before theory

Learners hit the real problem first, then we conceptualise. The concept lands because they already felt the gap it fills.

Competency-based

Every activity maps to a stated learning outcome and an assessment signal. Learners leave with evidence they can do the thing, not notes about it.

Transfer to their work

Each session ends on a transfer task tied to the learner's own context, so the skill survives contact with Monday.

Runs a profitable Amazon FBA brand and an AI-integrated coaching business. Designs and facilitates proprietary GenAI curricula for cohorts of working professionals, owning content, delivery, and learner feedback. Builds multi-agent systems that replaced manual decision processes, and owns full P&L.

2017 – 2021

Executive Project Engineer · Land Transport Authority

Managed large-scale infrastructure coordination, contract evaluation, and cross-team problem solving on national transport projects. Built the structured-thinking and stakeholder-communication discipline that now underpins lesson design and assessment.
